Hi James and team, We just wanted to say the biggest thank you for all your help during the house purchase process. We can’t thank you enough for how easy you made everything and your commitment to getting it all pushed through (even if the new build company in the chain were making us all tear our hair out at the time!). We are very lucky to have found the house through you all as we could not have faulted a single part of the service. Please do let us know if there are any sites we can write reviews on as I hope everyone has the same experience as us when buying their first home (well, maybe minus the external COVID delays that could not have been helped!!) Matthew James achieved the seemingly impossible task of completing the sale of my flat during lockdown. The team worked seamlessly through every stage and process, and their experience and knowledge of the area shines through. I felt in safe hands throughout - no mean feat during these strange and challenging times. Genuinely decent people and agents. Can’t recommend enough.

I am currently mid-way through the letting process with Yanni @ Matthew James and already feel compelled to write a review - the service I have received has been amazing, better than any other Letting Agent I have dealt with on my current search or past property searches. I've been completely kept in the loop, even if there's no news I've had a courtesy call just to let me know as much, you may think that's how it should be and you'd be right but it appears to be an alien concept to all other Agents I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this Agency !

I have been dealing with William from the Surbiton office. A true gentleman, he arranged viewings for me and was prompt and professional. He had great knowledge of each property and of the area. Although I did not buy any of the properties at that time he would still be the person I would wish to deal with in the future as I am still looking. He has never been pushy by phoning me all the time and has been completely understanding with my quest to find the perfect home.

I have used the Lettings team to let my flats over many years and then the Sales team to subsequently sell the flats. I have been very pleased with the service throughout. I have used a number of agents over the years and consider MatthewJames to be the best agent in Surbiton.
